Here's a delicious and easy waffle or pancake batter that we like to use. The recipe suggests topping the waffles or pancakes with maple syrup, plain greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, which sound delicious! However, we used the batter to make pancakes and simply put some
homemade peanut butter in between two pancakes, which makes a delicious and filling breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:
-whole-wheat flour
-wheat germ
-maple syrup (this replaced the cane sugar)
-baking powder
-salt
-milk (I used organic whole milk)
-coconut oil (this replaced the canola oil)
-an egg
-pure vanilla extract
